Yoga training improve flexibility and strength of muscle, many moves are isometric exercise which help in strengthening tendon and ligaments with muscle which help to hold body structure hence we improve posture as well as functionality of day to day life with mobilization of joints.
Improve blood circulation, meditation helps in focusing, work as stress relief,good for memory and also mental health.
