I have been training people to develop holistic approach towards life through fitness, meditation, spiritually and nature love. I believe fitness is not physical, it's also mental and emotional too. My personalise approach is to first understand clients issues and then curate the training accordingly. Throughout my experience dealing with clients, I have realised that many people lack motivation and inside that how their lifestyle is a major issue when it comes to Fitness. Along with workout sessions a lot of counseling will happen which will help the client to develop a different perspective towards themselves to build confidence and be on Fitness journey. I have helped a lot of female clients to recover from harmonal issues and issues like PCOD and PCOS. My real achievement is when l see you improving and healing with me. Enough words. Well it's is very difficult to be do nothing, xalm, still and just in the moment in today's connected yet full distraworld. Life is chaotic I get it we all have our own battles going on but what's important is to keep our mind calm and focused otherwise you know what might happen I don't hove to say explicitly. My journey of meditation started 6 year's back when I myself was going through rough patch of life but meditation the biggest medication I ever tried and it did wonders. I don't want to exaggerate but some of my clients who practiced meditation with me told me that the experience they had with me was even better than Brahmakumaries. Well those were big words but felt like l should help more people and that's why l am here on this platform. If universe decide we will meditate together. I hope to meet some beautiful souls in demo session and if everything goes well may we connect further. Happy vibes 😊

If we see from superficial point of we are so much connected to the outside world. It seems like almost every single moment we are connected to outside world through or mobile phones or laptop or any other digital gadget. However when we are so much connected with outside world then we are kinda disconnected from ourselves or who we are as our feelings and thoughts are constantly stimulated by someone or something else. That's why taking time out and connecting with our own inner world is very important. Meditation plays a big role when we wants to connect with our inner world.
