Let me start by saying that I believe that teaching is the noblest professor all over the world. I have been a teacher for Mathematics (my area of specialization) for several decades and taught at the primary, middle and secondary level. While teaching, I feel good and happy when my students feel also good and happy because they learnt the key points of my lectures. When my students are not truly satisfied with the content of my teaching, I tell them that on the next classroom, I will explain to them what I have missed in the current lecture. I am not afraid of telling my students that there could be some occasions where I don't know. While teaching, I am more a mentor and organizer of learning experiences and situations, such that my students actively understand, reinvent and reconstruct everything they learn. I make use of the active learning styles, not the traditional or conservative ones, and make appropriate us of educational technology. As for my teaching philosophy, I follow these main ideas. First, to teach students such that they become capable of understanding and applying that knowledge in real life. Second, to teach students such that they become able to raise what I call “critical thinking ability questions”. These questions are those whose answer advances knowledge and leads us to a better knowledge of the unknown. Thirdly, I instill in them an enduring sense of self-discipline. This becomes a driving thought and develops them into active human-beings ready to sound decisions and enhance their performance levels.

Many a time students lack proficiency and understanding of some core concepts in the previous classes. Hence they feel challenged to grow to a higher level. For instance, a lack of understanding "Simple Equations" in class 7 can lead to difficulties in "Linear Equations" and " Factorization" in Class 8. If basic operations of Fractions, Integers and Rational Numbers are not clear, then understanding of their operations can be doubtful. One needs to have clear understanding of Polygons in Geometry to further their knowledge in understanding the properties of Quadrilaterals.
