It's an simple choice if you wanna lost weight faster make your body in shape than you must go for power yoga but your goal is just weight loss than go for hot yoga it is more effective in weight loss

Yes, it is safe; it is all about the poses for weight loss and the diet. The person has to be on a calories deficit, and consume enough protein, carbs, fats, depending on his/her body weight. Anything is possible if you have sufficient knowledge.
