I am a teacher of quantitative aptitude and reasoning, from last 2 years I have worked with various institutions and colleges. I have trained about 1500+ students for various competitions exams including placements. I like to teach this subject in a fun way, I tell my students about various tricks to solve questions by this they find this subject very interesting. I made a team of 4 people and give them a task in a month to instill the sense of team work. I organized quize in a month and rewarded for motivation. After every lecture I take quick quiz of 15 minutes to know how much students have gained. I gave multi solution questions and ask them to all the possible ways of solution to improve their thinking. Events and games curriculum based. I allow students to tell after every two weeks where they face difficulties. I used to cover 90% questions from competative exams. I tell students to frame their own question without refering to books to enhance their reverse psychology abilities. I take classes in a story telling approach. In today's era this is a very important subject but colleges and institutions give very less focus to this subject, from placements to almost all competitive exams questions from this sections were asked.
