Here we will look at the written examination syllabus. The paper consists of three major sections:
1. General intelligence & Reasoning:
This tests the logical analysis ability of a candidate. Hence, the topics include – Analogies, similarities and differences, problem solving, relation concepts, arithmetic and verbal reasoning. This section contains both verbal and non verbal questions.
2. General Awareness: This section measures the knowledge of a candidate of everyday current events and general awareness pertaining to our society and culture. The topics to be covered in this section are – Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Basic political and economic current affairs.
3. English Language and Comprehension: This section tests the vocabulary and writing ability of a candidate. The topics included here are – Grammar, Sentence corrections and structure, Synonyms- Antonyms.
