"I will tell you how it started initially i was a bit reluctant to join online workout classes because i thought it wont be that much efficient and effective but my best friend had taken this class and i could just see the results in just 15 days so that is how my journey started and i just joined without even taking demo classes because i was so sure now.To my surprise it worked for me also. When it is said loose your fat in 15 days ,yes it is very much possible if you have a trainer like mine! could see the results in just 15 days just for myself.The best part is its not that you have to stop eating and all that myth about loosing weight ,you just have to eat right and healthy. Thanks shabna because it is not only about loosing weight and building strength but the way you plan exercises for us everyday taking into consideration how much strength we have for the day shows how much you you care about us. "I want to thank you for being a part of my fitness journey. It wasn't easy but you made it very comfortable for me throughout the month. After training with you, the most important thing was I did not lose any weight but I did lose "stubborn fat". My body got toned up a lot. I have gained a lot of strength - be it in lifting or doing more reps. The type of exercises was not repeated that much and that what made the workout interesting. Thank you for being my partner in this and always pushing me to do the best. Secondly, I do not believe in spot reduction but the overall growth of the body like muscles, toning, and staying fit. I would also like to mention that when you start this journey it is always difficult to get up in the morning telling yourself to workout, eat healthily but as time goes by your body adjust to it and it automatically comes into your routine. I am active during the days and sleeping well at night. "I think there’s a change for me before and after. Both mentally and physically. I am understanding the concepts much better. What I should be working on and a better mentality overall. I want to make this a habit and a part of my lifestyle. Physically I’ve toned down and I have lost around a kg. I am really enjoying classes. It was a bit difficult in the beginning when it was at 7. I was sleep deprived and it working out seemed like a task but now that we’ve changed the timings I enjoy it so much more and I can even do it much better. Yes, it's safe to do. Just modify poses/asana, which is knee-friendly, prevent it from further aggravating, and give time to recover and focus on knee strengthening.
