"I was the kind of person who has never been into fitness / sports / any other physical activity . For me to think and start this fitness journey was very challenging and looked somewhat not achievable , i always thought that I can’t do it , i can’t be consistent or put efforts until i started working out with shabna . She not only instilled a lot of confidence in me but also made it easy to workout. She makes sure how i’m feeling before session accordingly she plans her workout plan so that i am not over exhausted and can work afterwards.
