Wt machine add wt to ur body wt for exercise which creates more effect on body n if u recover tht effect with correct nutrition u can achieve great results Free wts means using your own body wt for exercises.. Generally for begineers or people who have never exercised Also freewt machines are dumbell... ...more

As you rightly feel Let me give you an e.g If u r working out your body needs ard 1000 units vit C Now to fulfill tht naturally U need to eat 20 oranges So choice is upto the client..
