"Vedesh is a person who is passionate about the things he does. And without a doubt, he transmits it on the mat. He really understands the meaning of Yoga, both in his classes and in his daily life. For me that is important when i am choosing a teacher. Both the aspects physical and spiritual are taking an important space and he adapts everything depending on your needs and your improvement goals. He adapts his knowledge to all levels and he take care about diseases or health problems, always giving importance to an holistic and self-improvement vision of the disease. A good teacher to enter or continue on the path of Yoga: Humble, warm and understanding. "
