Overview

With 8 years of dedicated experience in teaching yoga, I bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to my practice. I am certified by the renowned RYTTC Rishikesh and Yoga Alliance USA, and I hold a diploma in Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga from Swami Santadas Yogic College in Kolkata. Additionally, I have a diploma in physiotherapy, which enhances my understanding of the human body and its mechanics, allowing me to provide more effective and safe yoga instruction.

My journey into yoga began as a personal quest for balance and well-being, which eventually blossomed into a passion for teaching and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Over the years, I have developed a specialization in weight loss, stress relief, and therapeutic yoga treatments. I work with individuals suffering from conditions such as spondylosis and arthritis, offering tailored yoga routines that address their specific needs and promote healing and relief.

I prefer conducting offline classes, believing that the personal interaction and immediate feedback are crucial for effective learning and practice. My classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, creating a space where students feel comfortable to explore their capabilities and progress at their own pace.

In my teaching, I emphasize the importance of aligning breath with movement, cultivating mindfulness, and fostering a deep connection between body and mind. Each session incorporates a blend of traditional Hatha yoga techniques, therapeutic exercises, and physiotherapy principles, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience for my students.

I do not offer certification courses, as my focus is on providing practical, hands-on instruction and personal growth rather than professional accreditation. My ultimate goal is to inspire and guide my students towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle through the transformative power of yoga.

Well, it depends on who you ask. If you ask Erwin Schrödinger, one of the founding fathers of Quantum Physics, he might say yes due to his inclination towards Vedanta. However, if you ask current pioneers like Sir Anton Zeilinger, they might disagree.

As far as conclusions go, both sides somewhat agree on the essence of Maya, meaning the underlying reality of everything is an illusion. Quantum Physics is considered incomplete because it can't perfectly explain mind-blowing phenomena like the double-slit experiment. On the other hand, Eastern spiritual schools like Vedanta and Buddhism offer complete philosophies, proving the essence of Maya through metaphysics.

Schrödinger famously devised the 'Probability Wave' theory, which essentially proves that everything in the world exists based on interactions. Everything in the universe exists as a wave, and it only collapses into a 'form' when we observe it. This conclusion aligns with the ancient teachings of Vedanta and Buddhism.

Simple Answer:
Spirituality is about exploring the unseen, while mathematics is a tool that helps us understand the seen. While these two might seem different, there can be surprising connections between them. Both spirituality and science try to answer big questions about the universe, just in different ways. Incorporating maths into spirituality maynot be as straight forward and their approach to deal with questions is different. However, one can always find correlation between spiritual understanding of the real world with that of what science describes.

Not so simple Answer:
Mathematics is the language of the universe. It helps us understand things we can't perceive with our senses. Scientists use this language to create inventions, like computers and rockets.

A great example is Einstein's theory of relativity. This theory explained how time and space work in ways we couldn't understand just by looking around. It wasn't until we launched satellites into space that we could actually see this theory in action. The clocks on the satellites started ticking at a different pace than clocks on Earth, exactly as Einstein's math predicted.

This shows us that math can help us perceive things beyond our senses, giving us a deeper understanding of the world around us.

Similarly, in partical physics, mathematics is used to describe the very nature of reality. Though imperfect but it has proven to be the best tool we have in our disposal.

India is the land and originator of Yoga. mahrishi patanjali is the one who is known to be the one who 'invented' yoga per se. There is a book known as patanjali yoga sutras, there's also a knowledge series by Gurudev Sri sri ravishankar ji on the same.
