"I started yoga for my hubby ; he was parlysed; we did physiotherapy session also ; but when we start doing yoga; really I feel that instead of physiotherapy;yoga is best ;when we start yoga ; my hubby start sleep quietly, small changes in his behaviour and he feels positive . Every day she teaches some new assan such as variations in sun salutation which we really enjoyed and get more benefits from this. ""I have been learning yoga at Shraddha for the last one year. I had a lot of back pain from a long time ago. But doing yoga every day has greatly reduced my back pain. The most important thing is that she takes different seats every week so she can learn new things very quickly. Now any seat I can do very quickly. She pays close attention to it while taking or understanding each seat. Anyone of any age knows a lot about yoga. Her teaching skills are very good. So not only yoga but the way she teaches pranayama gives me a very good control over my breathing and it also takes a lot of meditation so all the stress in the office goes away easily and that energy stays throughout the day.
