"There are very few yoga instructors out there who are so sincere and dedicated to what they do and Shraddha is one of them. She is well acquainted about yoga and about the effect of various yoga exercises on improving our health. She customises exercises as per our needs, in case someone has back issues or pain in joint, she suggests exercises that helps alleviate the pain. She also takes variations in yoga, which makes it even more enjoyable and makes it a power packed calorie burning workout session. Joining her yoga classes, have not only helped me lose my weight, but has also helped me achieve a piece of mind through the meditation she takes at the end of every session.
