Teaching is always being my passion.I think as a profession this is the only profession which gives us a chance to share our acauired knowledge to others and also give a chance to learn from others.Being a teacher I think so that it is all over my responsibilty to cultivate intrest in my students towards subject.so I always try to teach in a way which is gives more knowledge in less time ,which is effective and also enjoyable.We all know today competition is high and we have to put our honest effort to get into a goverment service.Frankly speaking I met lots of students who are preparing for different govt services from last 2-3 years and still not able to get that.They joined different coachings ,they spent plenty of money.but still not able to get through.What I strongly believed its not only the fault of those students who failed ,their teachers are equally responsible for their failure.Guys what I have seen in most of coachings they always emphasise on spoon feeding.They give more preference to the numbers of students passed from their institutes.thats why they much emphasise to solve as many as questions in place of teach the subject in a effective way.Lots of coachings they are following old trend of teaching ,they have all old study materials ,old pattern.Basically what I think personally it is a one of the main reason behind these failures.so I decided to appear in current exams so that before I start to teach ,I should have to understand the current pattern and trends.I also have to go through the same pressure which my students will face.Finally I appeared in four exams(West Bengal Civil Services,IBPS-RRB,IBPS-PO,SSC) in 2014 and from god grace I cleared 3 exams(West Bengal Civil Services(Prelims),IBPS-RRB,IBPS-PO,SSC(Result still awaited)).Really these exams help me alot to understand the today trend.It gives me a valuable experience which I will share with my coming students.Atlast I just say Good Luck Guys.
