  2. Cardio: Running, cycling, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve cardiovascular endurance.
  3. Strength Training: Incorporating exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, and upper body exercises to build strength and power.
  4. Core Work: Plank variations, Russian twists, and leg raises to strengthen the core for stability and balance.
