Ok so maybe it'll be an offensive one but whatever, first of you cannot learn a dance style in month sorry. Still, it's true', you can learn a few steps or elements of that style in a month. Yet, to only understand that it's a long process it takes year's because it's a style the term itself is so much, There's culture, music, history, the motive behind that step that particular elements and many more. I'm not only talking about a dance style it applies to every art genre it's a process, but it doesn't mean you can't do it, you can but for you have to start with a particular one or two styles and you have gained that much understanding towards that style then so go on.

Fitness is just how to see it, How much you love your body; it's not just because you want slim figure or lean muscle of gained body it is much more than it because of fitness you feel good in your day to day life it also helps you gives you strength a better mindset to deal with anxiety and depression. You have to adopt fitness in your lifestyle, just not like it exists but not that much worthy.
