I have eleven years of experience in the field of health and fitness. I pursued my post-graduation in health fitness as my passion has always been to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. I have had the opportunity to work with students from UrbanPro and have received positive reviews for my teaching. Seeing my students progress and achieve their health and fitness goals brings me great joy.
As a fitness instructor, I specialise in personal training and yoga. I believe in providing customised workout plans and guidance to my clients, tailored to their specific needs and objectives. Personal training allows me to work closely with individuals, understanding their fitness levels and designing effective workout routines to help them reach their desired fitness outcomes.
In addition to personal training, I also teach yoga offline and online. Yoga is a physical practice and a holistic approach to well-being. I aim to help my students find balance, flexibility, and inner peace through yoga. I offer a range of yoga classes, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. I understand that each person has unique requirements and preferences regarding their fitness journey. Therefore, I provide offline and online training options to cater to different needs. Whether my students prefer one-on-one sessions in a gym or the convenience of virtual training, I am flexible and adaptable to accommodate their preferences.
My approach to teaching is holistic and client-centred. I prioritise building a strong rapport with my students, understanding their goals, and providing them with the necessary support and motivation throughout their fitness journey. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can thrive and achieve their desired fitness outcomes.

"I started sessions with meraj from oct 20 soon after recovering from covid . I had few specific requirements which I wanted to be addressed specifically other than the regular strengthening ans mobility. It’s been now close to 6 months into the sessions and I feel that he is an excellent instructor and trainer who has complete grasp on the domain and he has the knack to understand the requirements of the trainee and then comes up with training programme which suits a particular per can proudly say that I feel more confident and have a better posture anson. He is methodical and gradually builds up the pace making sure that the requisite milestones are met before moving to the next level. I have had a wonderful experience interacting with him and id body language after having meraj as my trainer. Dedicated , methodical , flexible in approach, knowledgeable. These the adjectives to describe him. It has been a satisfying 6 months with him and looking forward to continue my sessions with him. An excellent instructor and a fine human being. "
