I have worked in the fitness industry since 2011 and have been certified by ISSA Fitness and Crossfit. I began my career in Kuwait, working at the US army base. I trained a wide range of individuals, from military personnel to civilians, and even participated in bodybuilding competitions as a participant from Kuwait. After spending several years in Kuwait, I travelled to India to further my fitness education.
During my time in India, I spent one-year training and learning from some of the best fitness coaches in the country. Upon returning to Kuwait, I was rewarded by the US army base for my excellent work in the fitness industry. I have helped numerous individuals lose weight and reduce their body fat percentage, with some even achieving a remarkable 25% to 10% body fat loss under my supervision.
Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. My training services include personal training, cardio, strength training, weight loss, weight gain, and both online and offline training.
I always start by taking body measurements and performing a weight check-up for beginners, after which I customise a training plan specific to their goals. I offer specialised training and guidance for bodybuilding students to help them prepare for competitions. I also provide diet plans for clients who require them, ensuring they are on track with their nutrition and getting the most out of their training. My passion for fitness and expertise and experience has allowed me to help countless individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.

Physical activity such as walking, jogging, indoor cycling, or aerobic dancing are all examples of aerobic exercise that strengthen the heart and lungs, therefore improving your body's utilization of oxygen. For general health, aim for a 30-minute workout (or three 10-minute workouts per day) three to five days a week at moderate intensity. Moderate intensity refers to an activity that will increase your breathing and get your heart beating fast. You should be able to talk with ease during moderate intensity workouts, though trying to sing would be more challenging. For weight loss, gradually work up to 45 minutes or longer at moderate to vigorous intensity five to six days a week, allowing for at least one day of rest a week. Vigorous intensity refers to an activity that will have your heart beating quite a bit more than moderate-intensity workouts, and your breathing will be harder so saying more than a few words will be difficult. Walking is a great moderate-intensity aerobic exercise. The beauty of walking is that it is easy to do with minimal costs. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes, comfortable clothing, and places to walk: for example hiking trails, around your neighborhood, and on rainy days, you can take your walk indoors and use a treadmill.
