Take 1 cup of water + cinnamon stick (2 inches) boil it.... 1-2 times. Add 1 spoon honey when comes to room temperature. And have this in empty stomach (luke warm form).
Note: there should be minimum gap of 1.5 hours between your breakfast and this cinnamon kadha.
Also you ll have to follow the rules given below:
1. Walk daily 10-15 mins.
2. Staircase walk 10-15 mins.
3. Drink water sip by sip.
4. Prefer juice in morning, buttermilk/ lasssi in afternoon and milk at night.
5. Finish dinner 2 hours before retired to bed.
