Tips for healthy life.

Get up early in the morning. Do pranayaam everyday. Walk 15 min daily. Staircase walk 15 min. # good for heart and bellyfat. Drink water sip by sip. Prefer juice in the morning, buttermilk afternoon and milk at night.
