Millions of people are driven by content-based apps in the current digital world and are derived from sleep and being affected physically and mentally with these apps and getting sleep deprived.

- The Value of Sleep can be determined by the benefits that help the body be more relaxed and mind to work at optimal levels. It enables effective work management and leads to better professional and personal flexibility. Do not sacrifice sleep. Schedule and stick to it.
- Have frequent exposure to sunlight. It stimulates the hormone melatonin, which helps to produce optimal levels for work in daylight and helps you leverage your productivity in the day to plan a good rest and sleep at night times. Wake morning and have a walk under sunlight.
- Leave your gadgets before going to sleep. It helps to get better sleep. Read Books instead.
- As much as possible, avoid Caffeine at least near bedtime. Caffeine disturbs sleep habits.
- Consume magnesium as vitamin and minerals rich intake. It helps with deeper sleep.
