Why wavelength is selected to decide about colour which is  always a variable during the propagation of light, whereas frequency for each colour is fixed and not generally considered to mention the colour?

Colour is defined by frequency. But when it comes to light, it is the wavelength that changes. When light travels from one medium to another. The frequency remains constant. In a transparent medium like water and air, the colour almost remains the same. I hope my answer helps you.

Mitochondria is a double membraned cell organelle present only in eukaryotes. It is absent in prokaryotes. It helps in cellular respiration and production of energy in the form of ATP molecules, so it is known as the powerhouse of the cell.
