Hi meera i agree with you but you have to put your trust in your trainer. Its our profession cheating with someone wont lead us to anywhere. This question also arises when u pay in advance to shop online what if they dont deliver your product !
For you i can simply suggest that you can split the monthly payment into weeks, pay your trainer weekly until you start truating them or u can go for a daily session payment .
This is the best possible way to understand your trainer behaviour and once you think he or she is trustworthy you can pay him monthly advance .
