Home tution will be a better alternate because the teacher will be able to deliver better personally guiding one student at a time rather than teaching the whole crowd as in tution.
The areas in which you are weak at should be addressed and tution should be taken for that specific subject so that you have time for self study and revisions for other subjects too.

Understand your syllabus first and then look for pyqs to analyse which areas are more important from where questions are asked frequently.
Make a timetable subject wise and then get into your studies this will help you declutter your mind and plan better in a smarter way.
