I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Lakulish Yoga University, Ahmedabad. where I learned to teach a variety of yoga styles with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. I’m excited to guide students of all levels on their journeys toward greater health, well-being, and self-awareness. I will provide customized sequences and postures for individual students to suit their needs and skill levels. I completed my Face Yoga Teacher Training from Bodhi School of Yoga. where I learned Face exercises, Face Massage, Acupressure Points, Mudras for Face, Lymphatic drainage Massage, Pranayama. Face yoga is a Natural way to younger looking Skin and to Enhance your face shape. I am happy to help the students get a rid from fine lines & wrinkles on face, puffiness ,dark circles of eyes, Double chin ,pigmentation, sagging skin, Nasolabial and smile lines. I offer classes for all age groups on online platform. Typically, each class lasts one hour. Classes is conducted 5 days in a week. Monday , Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Sessions are -Morning 7:30 am to 8:30 am[Yoga Asana Regular Classes - (Men & Women)] -Evening 5 pm to 6 pm [Yoga Asana Regular Classes - (Men & Women)] -Morning 9:30 am to 10:30 am [specially for women]. -Night 9:30 pm to 10:15 pm.
