When you are doing any sort of exercise, say a Plank. It is very important to maintain a good posture.
Correct Posture:
Position your elbows directly underneath your shoulders and look straight toward the floor. Your body should form a perfectly straight line from the crown of your head to your heels.

- Arched back.
- Hips too low to the ground.
- Poor Neck Alignment.
- Rounding the Upper Back.
- Poor Elbow and Shoulder Alignment.
- Clasping Hands Together.
- Perfect Elbow Plank Pose.
