"I had a really fun and growing experience in the institute. It is a great platform where teachers are frank and engageful in all sort of manner. From the registering in the institute till the end of my training in IELTS, everything was so organized and systematic. Specially the counsellors, Payal( was mine) are very patient and helpful in nature. They always kept in mind to help me out in the best possible way. The teacher faculty have the best tips to give for getting the best band in the exam and they are always grounded at the level of students to make them feel comfortable in asking any questions or queries. At last but not the least, learning and teaching process went so smoothly and full of new experiences and interesting interactions, I didn't even realize that how time flew and finally I was ready for my examination! "I actually had a very great experience in Study Smart. It was really helpful for me by all means. The staff is very friendly and they help you in all kind of things. During the day you call them at any time and they will be there to answer you. Girija mam, Siddhi mam and Chetan Sir had helped me allot in doing my case, and I thank them allot for helping me in everything that I wanted. One of the most fascinating thing that shocked me was that Study Smart didn't even charged me a penny for getting my admission done at University of Glasgow. They did all of my process for free. Since from consulting to getting my admission done there was no charge that I paid here. And this was possible because Study Smart has their tie up with British Council.
