I am practising since my childhood & it's my personal experience after practising changes comes inside our body automatically. When I was practising only Asanas that time, I got confidence inside & outside, but I felt a significant difference when I started to do pranayamas & meditation practices. I got more peace; it's like magic brings you more positivity surrounding you. For me, doing yoga is like I am giving real food to my body & my mind. It's challenging to write your experience more than an explanation you can feel it.
