"I did 2 speaking and writing sessions with Hema mam. I took a class with mam at the last minute and so I did not have a lot of time to prepare. She understood my situation and provided me with excellent tips and tricks through which I was able to score a band 7 in writing. "I approached Hema mam to enhance my creative writing skills. She gave me excellent guidance by teaching the latest techniques in poetry writing. She suggested a few alterations and referred a few online sites where I could send my work. Not only that, she gave me the golden opportunity to take part in the 'Efflorescence' anthology released annually by CPC which opened the door for more avenues. I am greatly indebted to her as she set my wheel rolling in writing journey. "

"I am immensely impressed by the way she tries to improvise the spoken English. For instance, by providing right online sources for reference such as online dictionary for pronunciation, up-to-date IELTS questions asked in exam and her keen attention to the details like grammar, sentence structure and task response for speaking task 2. Meanwhile, the best fact is that she does not try to fit the spoken response to a specific set limits as would happen in the contemporary IELTS speaking classes, instead she emphasis on going beyond the basic spoken English taught to us in the school to an advanced level with her polite feedback on lexical resources and detailed instructions on what the examiner is looking for in the IELTS speaking exam. "Amidst the numerous money minting bogus training centres, which mostly employs half baked freshly passed out graduates with nil experience in IELTS exams, Mrs HEMA is a highly dedicated, competent,professional trainer not only in IELTS but also in general with the English language. Notably, she efficiently guides people who are weak in speaking and writing. Her writing and speaking evaluations provide quality feedback of our performances simultaneously stressing upon the weaker sections of us and finally she provides feasible alternatives which is not provided by incompetent trainers in commercial enterprises. After multiple sessions with her, I got a band of 7.5 both in writing and speaking for which I am obliged to thank her always.
