The level of fitness of a person determines how his/her health is. The concept of health encompasses the idea of fitness.
In Ayurveda, Svasthya/Health means :
The proper balance of the three Dosa(Vaat, pitta, Kafa), Agni (digestive fire & metabolism), Dhatu(the seven elements) and Malakriya( excretion of waste), and Pleasantness of the Atma(self), Indriya(sense organs) and Manas (mind) constitute a Svasthya/health.
Only in "yog", one can attain Transcendental from the mind; self-realisation; blissfulness (the culmination of Swasthya).
