Yogic management Of Constipation(1Hr Protocol)
- Cleansing (5 Min): Neti, laghu-shankaprakshalan/ Purna shankhaprakshalan kriya twice in Month , Kapalbhati, Agnisara, Vaman , Ganesh kriya
- Asana (25): It should include sukhamavyayam or suryanamaskara and asana practices along with breathing that should include bending, twisting postures like pawanamuktasan, halasana, dhanurasana, ardhamatsyendrasana, baddhakonasana, bhujangasan, vajrasana, paschimottanasana, padahastasana and shalabhasan etc.
- Pranayama and Breathing practice (10-15): Thoracic breathing, Abdominal & Yogic breathing alternate nostril breathing (anulomvilom), ujjayi, shitkari, sheetali and bhramari practices should be practiced for 10 min after asanas.
- Mudra-Bandh (5 min): Mula, jalandhar and uddiyan, vipreetkarni, Tadagi Mudra, Yoga Mudra
- Relaxation (5 min): Yoga Nidra and Shavasan , instant relaxation therapy.
- Dharna (5 min)- Udarakasha Dharna,
- Meditation (5): Soham, Gayatri jap, Vipassyana and Savita Dhyan
- Social Hygiene and Individual Hygiene: Yama and Niyama
- Pathya: Dietetics and Nutrition
