For spine health, bujangasana, pavanmuktasans kativakrasana,sethubandasana,marjarasana,shasankasana gomukasana are very important to improve spine strength and flexibility and also control pain and reduce to take a painkiller.
These asanas are to be done before consultation with a doctor or certified Yoga teacher.
