Big Yes, during sitting position, don't bend your leg; instead, just stretch towards forward, which is also called Bhadraasan. Then you could do Pranayamas such as Bhashtrika, Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Omkar etc.
You could also do some Asanas in standing posture, Prone posture(I.e. on your stomach) and Supine Posture(i.e. On your Shoulders).
