Diabetes can be cured permanently. Just reduce intake of carbo -cereals and pulses. Start the day with a glass of vegetable juice, replace carbohydrates with fruits and vegetables, like juices or salads. Have dinner before 7. Regular work out is essential; cereals and pulses can be consumed better in sprout form. Drink solid food and eat drinks. Avoid soft drinks, non-veg.
