Diabetes can be cured permanently. Just reduce intake of carbo -cereals and pulses. Start the day with a glass of vegetable juice, replace carbohydrates with fruits and vegetables, like juices or salads. Have dinner before 7. Diabetes can be cured permanently. Just reduce intake of carbo -cereals and pulses. Start the day with a glass of vegetable juice, replace carbohydrates with fruits and vegetables, like juices or salads. Have dinner before 7. Regular work out is essential; cereals and pulses can be consumed better in sprout form. Drink solid food and eat drinks. Avoid soft drinks, non-veg.

Yoga leads to the wellness of the body and mind. Wellness means freedom from disease. Alert and agile at work, productive at work. Prolonged practice can lead to higher attainments of control of the five senses and a better ability to draw energy from sources worldwide.

For anyone who is sick, conditioning the body by exposure to five elements is essential. Most of the ailments are categorised in NCD (Non-Communicable Disease) is for Lifestyle mistake. Any student is coming to me, I focus on correcting Elimination, digestion, what to eat and what not, Yama and Niyama and then simple aerobics. Then Pranayama, and simple YOGA.

Do not consider alone for a cure. For stone in the kidney and gall bladder, plantain stem juice is well proven. Suppose you do not get started with Ashgourd juice. Consume more alkaline food, raw vegetables, fresh lemon juice etc.
