I am very hard working and have tremendous potential in the education sector. I always work with positivity and updated through my sessions. If given an opportunity, I will foster innovative teaching methodologies in my approach. Moreover, I also want to include digital teaching tools for the department as we are in the internet age so it will be extremely helpful for students when they finish graduation. My approach to pedagogy is practical learning with live simulated training so as to offer real-life problems to young graduate students so that they can excel in their approach.From department point of view, I can recommend unconventional teaching methodologies that have had positive outcomes. As a team player, I will also undertake feedback from other staff members so as to ensure best learning environment for students.I have an experience of 7 years in teaching engineering discipline (Branches like- ME. CIVIL, COMPUTER, EC & EE ). Also, I was successful in helping students to clear their backlogs (ATKT) in maths subject. Moreover with my teaching, I was able to raise class results by around 90% .
