Overview

I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher. Currently, I am pursuing YTT 300 hrs of yoga training. Besides being a yoga teacher, I am also an Electronic and Communication Engineer. Yoga is my passion, and so I love training my students. Yoga is not just any exercise; it is a way of life which nurtures every cell and particle of your body. This directly affects your health as well as your mental wellness. So practising yoga the right way is always beneficial. However, it is vital to learn yoga from an expert; otherwise, there is always a chance to practice the wrong yoga style and hamper health.
I understood the importance of yoga from a very young age, so I want to increase awareness among the young generation about the benefits of yoga. After completing my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Kerala University, I started Yoga teacher training at Bodhi School Of Yoga. After that, I also trained as a Meditation teacher at Spiritual Light Ashram and Dyan Kendra.
I have five years of experience working as a yoga trainer. Within this period, I have not only trained my fellow students in different yoga postures but also learned the various aspects of yoga. I have understood and studied how doing yoga helps in overall mental wellness. So when I teach my students, I show them the yoga styles and explain the advantages of practising them.

Yes you can..it's not about the age ..it's about how much you invest in practice and in yourself for your betterment. Slowly and gradually your body will start accepting your asana and meditation.

Hii i would prefer doing yoga.. rather than going with power ,hot.. if you are consistently doing yoga and breathing excercise daily then you will find improvement in your mental as well as physical wellbeing.
