I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and teach with an authentic and fun approach. I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years and am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels.

I began my practice in 2005 from 'Art of Living' one of the largest NGO in the world and went to Basic TTC in 2007 & Started teaching Yoga for different class of people. And after a series of classes & experiences I joined in Art of Living Teacher Training Course (MAIN TTC) in August 2013. (My Teacher Code is KL1086) Since completing my TTC I have taught at many schools, Colleges, Medical College students, Public Gatherings, Government officials etc. I completed the 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Sivananda Yoga & Vedantha Asram Madurai & Certified as 'YogaShiromani in May 2020. My classes are dynamic, energetic, compassionate, humorous and fun!
