I know it very well the English language is very cheap and rough language that anybody can easily learn and speak but mostly we don't get more chance for communication. Can you make a good chance for developing communications skill for fluency English?

Read most of what you can. Develop your vocabulary through reading. Start communicating in small phrases. Speak with customer care in english, place your mcdonalds and dominos orders in english. Patience is the key. Good luck!

You also have these words in your brain. It's up to you,how effectively ur able to place the words. Secondly do not run behind grammar.
