I know it very well the English language is very cheap and rough language that anybody can easily learn and speak but mostly we don't get more chance for communication. Can you make a good chance for developing communications skill for fluency English?

To Speak the first thing required is grammar as well as vocabulary. But the very first thing required is having no hesitation while speaking. In the beginning you may wrong but the practice will improve u a lot in speaking and writing as well.
