One can learn anything by observing and immitating. Watch English movies and shows, read books and watch videos on learning English. You may also go for spoken English classes. Gradually start speaking with your friends and family in English and I guarantee you that doing all this you'll learn English from nothing to everything within 6-12 months or even less.
