2. Stand straight, look at the audience and smile in between, especially at positive ideas of the speech.

3. If you are a beginner, extempore will be difficult, learn the speech. it helps to practice in font of the mirror. 

4. check and recheck your facts in the speech.

5. Learn pronounciation of the difficult words and practice.
