Today, I would like to talk a few words on the "Importance of Soft Skills".
Many people are thinking that knowing Technical Skills can help them to get a job. It is the wrong perception. In the current industry, there is a lack of Skill Set, and they are not eligible to move to a higher ladder or position in their respective fields.
In any job, the interview is a must to test the levels of the candidate. Here, Technical knowledge is to some extent only and core level to get a job. They test your mental ability and assess your skill set and behavioural skills by asking various queries.
So, we have a few rounds of interview in any company to judge the candidate whether he/she is capable of meeting the requirements of the company standards. Soft Skills are mandatory for any jobs. It's a universal learning process.
So, to grow in your career, you need a lot of skills like Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills, Time Management Skills, Self-Confidence, Motivational Skills, Teamwork and many more.
In the current market, there is 1:20 of being selected ratio. If we consider 20 people and if you want to be first, then you need to develop your skills to meet the standards of the work profile.
Everyone knows that for any company there will be 100's of people attending an average ratio of 3 to 5 per cent of people are selected. We can count on our finger-tips.
Don't just give a try, be prepared well and they try to give your 100% best. Moreover, most of the people never ask for feedback, kindly ask your feedback so that you can enhance your skills, otherwise without knowing and correcting your mistakes its a waste of time in attending other interviews.
