I'm very much passionate in teaching sector, totally I had 9 years of experience in teaching and in Soft Skills 5 years and while for digital marketing for 3 years. I come across various students asking the reality of digital marketing and its career. I used to say starting it would be normal while earning and in the future, if the skill set is good then the earnings can be a skyrocketed. I saw some students mostly concentrating on fee and modules. Actually, we have standard modules, but outside they breakdown the modules into subcategory to look wider. Most people are not aware of digital marketing and not practicing and finally, they are not able to crack the interview at some points. I learned many things in digital marketing and in the teaching field every day is new to learn and upskill yourself. I feel every student who learns digital marketing should be enough to put his efforts and understand the market demands to withstand in the current industry stand-point. When I teach to students, most of them ask for how can we earn money in various ways in digital marketing. I used to say it and they finally revert me stating that they will do all to earn money. I replied to them stating that don't put your legs on all. Because you can't sustain for a long time. Have mastered on anyone to be perfect and earn a decent income. Finally, I'm proud because few students are placed in MNC Company and few are in startups.

I hold 5+ years of experience in Soft Skills. In current Organizations, around 70% of people are not able to reach their higher ladders due to lack of Soft Skills. Always people concentrate on Hard Skills ( Technical Skills), only very few will brush up their Soft Skills. I trained people on Soft Skills on various segments like Presentation Skills, Communication skills, Body Language, Telephone Etiquette, Leadership Skills, Work Ethics and lot more. I used to help them in " How to behave in Interview" while HR is taking an interview. What guidelines we should follow to crack the interview. Soft Skills will help the individual to get success in any field he chooses. Many people asked me if we speak in English its enough right? to crack the interview.
