Sir, I am a little bit weak in Math, as in, within a limited time I can't understand the Math question, so how can I crack a competitive exam in that field of time management. It is very important to me to understand and finish Math quickly. I want to know how much time will be required for me to learn to solve Math questions within the given time period.

hi, learning maths is not possible in a single day you have to give time to the subjects. Though giving time means solve questions and clear your basics.

Is it okay to punish college students if they don't do work properly because some parents tell they need result only and they insist on beating and punishing students but as a tutor, I am finding it difficult to balance between parents and students?

Beating or scolding is not the only way to make students focus on their studies.Each and everyone have their own choice of subjects and have some thoughts behind not learning it.
