Samiksha Malawade
"It was honestly a great learning experience, and ma'am always cleared my doubts.my fundamental concepts also got better due to practice of questions and numericals that ma'am had taken up in class. I just wish ma'am stayed with us for 12th std too. "
Ayesha Khalife
"Rama ma'am has been our class teacher in MKNS, and I absolutely enjoyed learning from her. Ma'am prooved the most famous statement of teachers that 'ask me 100 times, I will explain you till in gets in your head'. Whenever I used to approach to her, she would help me with better ways to learn things. The way ma'am teaches organic chemistry is specially dope ! "
Nirbhay Gupta
"I was really lucky to get an opportunity to learn chemistry from Rama ma'am . She is a really nice teacher and clears all concepts pretty well. I would recommend everyone to learn chemistry from her , especially organic chemistry coz she was one of the best teacher in that subject. "
Ananya Sharma
"Rama ma'am has a way of explaining complex topics in the easiest way possible. Chemistry has been one of my favourite subjects solely because of her. She's relentlessly found different ways to make sure students are interested in the subject. "

Suppose A-B are two atoms bonded to each other by a bond. Now there are mainly two different ways of forming this bond:-
Now in the case of Carbon:- it has 4 electrons in its valence shell. It needs four more electrons to complete its octet. It may lose these 4 electrons or gain four more electrons to get a stable electronic configuration. But both these processes are high energy processes. Hence C would instead share its 4 electrons with four other atoms forming four covalent bonds. In doing so, C has now 8 electrons in its valence shell (4 are its own and four from sharing with four other atoms), attaining a stable octet.
