I can understand that... -- But instead of trying to CHANGE HIS PERSONALITY ... FIRST try to UNDERSTAND his PERSONALITY .... THIRDLY, If you feel you do not have patience or enough knowledge to understand or analyze his personality ... -- Then take him to a empathetic trainer, mentor first... -- Who can just begin to know his personality, why he is shy, what makes him not outspoken, what are his fears... etc. -- This analysis will actually LIBERATE him and YOU as a family member also to know his areas of concerns. -- And as you help him alleviate those fears through trainers help, YOU CAN SLOWLY START SEEING HIM EMERGE in HIS TRUE PERSONALITY with his uniqueness and Talents that he has , which might have been dubbed inside him al this time....
