Follow below simple Steps to Create a SMART GOAL and achieve it 100%
STEP 1: Close your eyes and vision your Goal. Picture ONE GoalGoal with all FIVE senses: See it, Smell it, Taste it, Hear it and Feel it. Goal to be short term ( 1 or 2 or 3 months target )
STEP 2: Answer the Question: WHAT is my Goal? Be Specific and be Relevant. For example, my GoalGoal is to complete 90 hours of Image Consultancy from London Image Institute.
STEP 3: Answer the Question: By WHEN will I completed my Goal? Keep the Time deadline in mind.
Example: I will complete this GoalGoal by the end of December 2021.
STEP 4: Answer the Question: HOW will I achieve my Goal? List down FIVE Steps to achieve
Example: I will complete by doing the following ( FIVE Action plans with timelines if possible )
1. Write an enquiry email to LIC asking all details related to the course I am interested in (Oct week 2)
2. Plan my budget and calendar to enrol in the course (Oct week 3)
3. Pay for the course (Oct week 3)
4. Attend the course with a mindset to complete and excel ( as per the schedule shared )
5. Complete the Course and get the certification ( Dec 2021 )
STEP 5: Consolidate and write down in your journal Step 2, Step 4 & Step 3
For Example
My GoalGoal is to complete 90 hours of Image Consultancy from London Image Institute, which I will complete by doing the following
1. Write an enquiry email to LIC asking all details related to the course I am interested in (Oct week 2)
2. Plan my budget and calendar to enrol in the course (Oct week 3)
3. Pay for the course (Oct week 3)
4. Attend the course with a mindset to complete and excel ( as per the schedule shared )
5. Complete the Course and get the certification ( Dec 2021 )
I will complete this GoalGoal by the end of December 2021.
