the question seems simple and the answer too is simple if you allow yourself to see it. I suggest you speak with a therapist- NLP practitioner to find the underneath reason at the subconsious level for you to do so.

It might be a matter of an hour or so and youu might find magical outcomes after the session.

yes, you can do it online too.look out for a nearby coach. that way if required, you can also meet once in a while.

Any coachings can help you only to an extent. Main is you need to practise with friends, family and colleagues. there will be times of embarrasment( in case you use wrong terms). I learnt by reading story books and often used to copy paste words while talking.

But thats how I learnt. story telling is a great way of learning to express.

You can learn. Question is what's the purpose? what will be the duration that will you learn for an after that what will be the quality of learning? How will you assess what you have learned?

If you chose to learn online, find a buddy to co-learn / help out.  If that works out for a period of 2 weeks, go ahead.
