People use the term "Weight Loss". Which is completely incorrect. What is mean by weight loss ? Do you want to loose muscle ? No ? Then its Fat loss not a weight loss.
How would you loose Fat ? If you think by doing cardio every day, you can loose fat then you'r wrong. It is completely depends on your metabolism. How much calories your body burns and how much calories you intake. Do you intake more calories then you burn ? If yes then excess calories are going to convert into fat. Thats how if you dont eat unhealthy food but still gaining fat becoz you are eating more than you burn. Our body does not waste nutrients. It keeps them within body by converting them into fat.
Which is better for Fat loss ? Weight training or Cardio ?
