"The success of deva sir was his speech, The methodology he used for teaching and the simple real, life time examples for math problems. The way he was teaching is quite good and satisfactory. He was interacting very much with the students subject wise always so that the students talk with Mathematics sir! He seems to be very liberal but I know very well how strict he was. I observed him so many times, he was very concrete in his decisions. But he always try to maintain the students friendly relationship. He knew very well, where the student may have the problem. It may be because of his rich experience. Sometimes he seems to be funny also. The most wonderful thing was, the way he teaching the moral things…. There was no way to escape for the stuents who did mistake and he should realize. The way he brought the students in to the subject is really good. Even a student who was very poor in studies also become much more interested because of his personality and the methodology. Definily I will prefer deva sir alone. I recommend him for you people also. "

"I am yogesh, who studied under Deva sir. The style he adopted while he was teaching is quite good and admirable. He maintained always a good relationship, interaction in a regular interval with the student community. His knowledge is appreciable one. I believed that, its beyond the level of expectation. His face reaction while explaining the c concepts were also quite good. You, The future students, may observe it. The amazing part done by Deva Sir was, the application areas conveyed by him. Wow… Wonderful. He always using innovative ideas for teaching!!!! He stands in a different way while teaching than the traditional ways of teaching like chalk and board. He never be a teacher board while for the students. The way he explained the concepts using different teaching aids, and innovative examples, leads to the thinking that, how was it possible only for our Deva sir alone. I really want to appreciate you because of this activity. We were really given a boon to have a leader like you who can explain us the applications of maths in our life. I wondered about your knowledge in mathematics. We, start to feel very much at the end of the semester that we were going to miss Dhevarajan sir, in the next semester. His speech is so audible and having that much for clarity. He was the first person having greater interaction with the students. Another thing is, his punctuality. "Dheva sir is actually very friendly, easy to approach, make everything possible. Actually i exclaimed how he expresses mathematics like that. The first time I was seeing that, he taught mathematics with that much of application. I was very week in maths, after joined with him, he throw away my fear with maths first, then he did his level best to improve my status in mathematics. Really, I want to say from my heart, he is one of the best tutors. He not only the teacher, he became a good friend, brother, counselor, mentor and frankly telling my second parent. "hello readers, I know Mr. Dheva well because he was our maths prof in my first sem and iam really weak with the subject and i have ear that i would fail in the exam but when the classes start i slowly feel that hte subject is becoming very light and Mr.Dheva has thought me in such a way that i felt myself i can pass the paper with high marks nad that too hapnd at the sem end. i can say that Mr. Dheva (sir) is a knowledge full person in maths and more over he makes students to understand maths in a very easy way that the fear about maths is been erased completely . he has a unique teaching way that students are comfortable with the subject and also he use to treat as his friends and this manner makes a student feel free to ask any quire in the subject "

"Mr.R. Dheva (sir) is our maths lecturer in our university, iam also the student of same university according to my view and what i observed from him are he is very good at maths and he can teach what he knows in a manner that all student will grasp them with full concentration on subject and teaching the subject in understandable way to students is much important than rushing it up. In that way he is one of the best. he usually takes extra care of his students that he makes sure that they feel free to ask any quires, he makes student in comfortable way that they see Mr.Dheva as their friend not as a teacher. he attend lot of seminars in dept of maths across the state and he participated in MATLAB seminar he is having great potential in maths and more over he loves his subject. he helps dull student by guiding them through the subject by taking class in his free time and i have seen such kind of very rare and he is one kind of person in helping the student who are weak in the subject. i can say who ever get him as a maths lecturer they will be luckiest person and the institution can expect full result in maths with Mr.R.Dheva "
